Clarisson Farm has grown grass fed cattle more than 23 years. We have practised with different sort of cattle, but now our favourite is Charolais. Charolais is one of the oldest cattle breeds in Europe. 

Charolais benefits are it has good meat quality, relatively low fat content and tender meat. From a farmer side, the benefits are that high growth can grow intensively even on good grassland. Relatively low feed consumption per unit of weight gain, calm character and great calvings. Adult bulls weigh around 1200-1400kg and cows 700-950kg.
